Based in St John’s Wood, in North London, property developer Roca have a strong reputation for investment and development within the UK. It was time for a brand refresh and without going overboard on all marcomms activity, Lilac Skies work alongside Roca for the introduction of the new brand identity.

Beginning with a new corporate logo, this helped build the foundations for other areas to include stationery (and use of metallic silvers) and also introducing a new website.

We made sure the website was kept clean, concise and informative but above all else easy to navigate and focus on the property portfolio and the wide variety of projects within both residential and commercial sectors.
